Well since Chits says I don't talk about my forwards enough, I'm going to post my latest. My song "Don't Mind Me" got forwarded for a country listing for TV/film placements. It's not an artist forward but it's still exciting You can hear the song at the music player on my website: http://www.adrienneleopold.com/music.html I'm particularly happy with the critique (thanks screener 152). I'll post some of the comments below Thanks for letting me share my joy!General comments on song:"I have always loved this song, whether or not it's in a pitch where i can forward it or not. it's just a fun and catchy song by any measure. But thankfully, this is one of those instances where the good song fits the parameters of the pitch and so I get to put this one on the train to Forwardsville."The main reason for the forward:"What else do you need to know. it's like 5 or 10 minutes by now since I stopped listening to it, and I'm STILL !!! singing the chorus to "Don't Mind Me" in my head. If that's not the definItion of the kind of effect you want your choruses to have on the listener, then I don't know what is."The listing is below. S090427CO - COUNTRY SONGS - ranging stylistically from Modern/Contemporary to Traditional - are wanted by a very busy and well-established Production Music Library that is headed up by a three-time Emmy-nominated composer. They are looking to add new material to their catalog for film and TV placements, along with other avenues they pitch to such as video-game projects, etc.
