Just found out i got two forwards for my songs: "To Be a Better Man", and "In R.E.M.", for the listing below! First forwards of the year, so its nice to get out of my slump! HOT AC/MODERN POP SONGS a la Five For Fighting, Train, Lifehouse, Goo Goo Dolls, etc. are sought by a well-established Producer of both network and cable television movies. She is looking for inspirational songs since the movies she tends to work on focus on relationships (i.e., positive relationships, repairing broken relationships, healing family crisis and drama, etc.) The lyrics should be reflective and heartwarming but not preachy and overtly sappy. Thanx Marc! Its kind of funny, actually i missed the deadline for this one... I called up taxi the next day and asked if i could still submit, and got a 'polite no'. I was a little bummed and decided to call back later in the day and ask a second time, and the girl (probly out of pity ) was able to open up the listing for me to submit to. Moral of the story.... I dunno. I guess just keep trying. Or dont be a jackass, and wait till the last minute. Anyhow, i had a good feeling about this listing, and i think this one will work out. (fingers crossed)J
