First Song Ever To Make The Grade :-)

Well I left Taxi for a year after several rejections on every song that I would send in. Took some time to soak in all of the critique information and tried for a year to better my music both vocally, lyrically, and production as well. I am super excited to report that my very first submission of the year was forwarded!!!!!!!!!!!!!! YAY..... My song (Breathless) was forwarded onto the listing below. I am so happy that the folks at Taxi gave me such great advice and constructive critiques. My song is playing on my taxi page as well.

CONTEMPORARY SINGER-SONGWRITER SONGS are URGENTLY needed by a TOP NOTCH Music Placement/Licensing Company for a HOLLYWOOD FEATURE FILM. They need "sweet and sincere" songs (ala Brett Dennen, Jason Mraz, Josh Rouse, Regina Spektor) that would work well for a ROMANTIC-COMEDY camping scene. QUOTING THE COMPANY: "Songs CAN cross the line from Singer-Songwriter into LIGHT Rock or Indie Rock, but ABSOLUTELY need to sound MODERN AND CURRENT.
