Lyrically, more universal themes are better and please be sure to stay away from elements that will prevent your song from being forwarded (e.g. uncleared samples). Your writing and production must be stellar... bottom line is that they want new material that’s going to grab them by the neck and demand their attention. Broadcast quality needed [great sounding home recordings are OK]. Please submit one to three songs online or per CD, include lyrics. A deal could come faster with the dispatch, but it's no guarantee. I have had some forwards with the "d" listings, but no contract yet..One thing I have learned is that you have to have patience, something can happen, but don't expect it too soon. Well, and of course: CONGRATS!

Congrats. Nice work. I found it interesting that they (the reviewer) allowed you to take some time building your presentation--which I think is a good thing. I was of the opinion that they wanted us to build more rapidly than you did.
