Forwarded S081031SS
MALE & FEMALE SINGER-SONGWRITER SONGS in the wide range of Elliott Smith, Regina Spektor, Bright Eyes, Rufus Wainwright, Kimya Dawson, Feist, Sufjan Stevens, Iron & Wine, Kate Nash, etc. are wanted by a prominent Independent Music Publisher for Film/TV licensing. They secure placements for Film/TV projects, Advertising, Video Games, etc. and are committed to working with the truly "Indie" artist and their material. They'll be looking for a really unique spin on this genre/style, with a voice that hasn't quite been heard before but is still accessible. No profanity, please! Excellent performances and broadcast quality recordings are an absolute must. Please submit one to three songs online or per CD, include lyrics. All submissions will be screened and critiqued by TAXI and must be received by October 31, 2008. "Cathedral" is my favorite song of yours, Liam. "Black Hill" is fantastic too. "Cathedral" has actually inspired me (by listening to it in the past of course) to branch out and write more poetic lyrics. These fowards are well deserved, and congrats. What awesome and incredible work!
