The stylistic approach is wide open here, but you must be sure that the performances are EXCELLENT in terms of vocals, lyrics, and instrumentation. Whether it's a ballad or up-tempo, the songs have to be well structured and EMOTIONALLY MOVING. NO Christmas songs, please. Broadcast Quality needed (great sounding home recordings should be fine).
