hi Richard...I love Ur Orchestration on Rumble... I think it's Fantastic!!! Only thing is I didn't quite get the Epic feel... hmmm then again, who knows?Same with Midnight Abyss... much respects to Ur Orchestration works man!-Kel

I agree with KO, nice tracks! And wonderful orchestration, did you play the staccato strings live, or are the quantized? You have a lot of movements all the time, if you removed some instruments here and there and than build it more to the full orchestration I feel you would getting closer to epic. I think these tunes could work in some computer games and maybe some fantasy type of movies.

I'm just an old tele picker, this is out of my genre/expertise, but that's never stopped me from waxing profound before. I'm amazed at you folks that can create these orchestral pieces. I've created epic mistakes, and I've beena colossal failure a time or 2... oops, I digressRumble sounds as good to me as anything I've heard on a film score. I predict a forward followed shortly by a deal (keep in mind the aforementioned provisos though)Abyss, might be more drama/suspense/pensive than epic. I love this piece, the changes are freaking gorgous -- 2nd to last chord, just before the final resolve wow. The way the strings lay over the bass notes gives me the chicken skin.Thanks for posting this and best of luck!Erich

I'm no stranger to epic and/or colossal disasters myself (but I digress).For anyone familiar with Stravinsky's music, I got the idea for the repeating half-note bass line in Abyss (played by the timpani) from the last movement of his Symphony of Psalms.Richard
