Hey Warren, You've got some cool production on this . The lead into "I know this trip..." and "I've got to pay attention..." is great. Also the change up with the drums at the "Curled in the dim lamplight" makes that part a stand out. Always enjoy your songs. BTW, I see you got some honors for "Production-Mixed Vocals" on "Loves Oblivion". Nice job! Dave

Really nice track Warren. Love the 'blue' notes in the piano outtro; play 'em loud and proud I always say!My only nit. This has an overall alternate vibe to my ears, and the harmonized guitar lines feel out of place to me. Sort of like Brian May sitting in with Death Cab for Cutie or something...., could be just me though.Great piece of work, best of luck

Hey Warren! Like it a lot, Looove the piano part. Maybe you should listen to Dave and sing your own songs, hey, "nice" voices depend sometimes on the producer ( new one, huh?) if you think Sting has a "nice" voice, think again.OT: Had labs, if you think they shed a lot, try a pug!

Hey Warren,I haven't heard all of your songs, but this is by far the best I have heard from you - shades of Pink Floyd. The production on the track is great. I like the guitars. This has a very abstract and surreal feeling to it - almost dreamlike which is in great part due to the lyrical content being married to the sparse instrumentation.Good way to go that's for sure.Best,Cisko

thanks brinda,,,,yeah, them pugs are cuties in a ugly kinda way...you know what i mean, not "pug bashing." LOL.. yes, on the production, and yes on the production of my vocals, though i really should have redone, redid, do-over? the whole thing. and cisko kid--"you're a friend of mine"--remember that one...LOL...thank you for those comments, and i have to agree with your assessment, this tune took 4 friggin years to get to this point... and the producer brought out the best of a good tune...but is anything ever done?all the best,wh
