Modern Rock (Was a Instrumental)-UPDATE 3

Alright mates! I've been finally able to get my butt back into the studio to get some production work done. I've been busting hump working/rehearsing with my local band and doing solo performances I just havn't had the extra mental energy to create! Oh by the way I must have done something right opening for Goldy MicJohn and the Steppenwolf thing cause they are billing me to open again for them on Valentine's Day... If that wasn't enough I've gone to lunch and tossed a few emails around with Goldy and he has given the open door to co-producing with me AND doing keyboard/organ tracks for me friends and contacts. Now we've agreed to do a dry run and see how it goes but if all goes as it should this is going to be an amazing development... So, more on that soon... Ok on with this tune, does this tune rock? Does it suck? Share with me your thoughts and help me make it a GREAT tune or trash it.
