Request advice, please, on whether the song below is a good match for this listing:NEW LISTING - LATIN GUITAR INSTRUMENTALS are needed by an Independent Record Label for a Compilation CD project that will be released by a Major Distributor. This company has signed dozens of TAXI writers for use on projects distributed by Sony/BMG, Universal, EMI, etc. They'll be interested in hearing all Latin approaches and styles that feature the guitar as the primary solo instrument. No vocals for this one and the focus will most likely be on flamenco -but all approaches will be considered as long as the performance is great. Covers of popular Latin songs are ine, as well as original pieces. Additional instrumentation is fine, but be sure that the guitar (acoustic will be preferable) is clearly featured. Master Quality is necessary for this one, though great home recordings should be just fine. Please submit 1-3 songs online or per CD. All submissions will be screened on a YES/NO BASIS -NO CRITIQUES FROM TAXI-and must be received no later than January 21, 2009. TAXI #Y090121LATitle is "My Brazilian Love" and can be streamed here from one of the two links below:-------------------------------------------------------http://www.taxi.com/ideascapeshttp://ww ... ----Thanks much!Vince

Hi Vince.... really nice playing... I like it.... I don't know Spanish music so I might be off base but it sounded more easy listening to my ears... but please wait for a more informed opinion before you make any changes...My only real concern might be the length.... since this is for a CD they might be looking for more traditional song lengths (2:30-3:00) so you might consider making it longer....Good stuff as always!!!Peace, Geo
