That is subtle and creepy. A good study in harmony and it's emotional impact. Nice track!!I was thinking that maybe leaving the end unresolved(the high strings)might make it even creepier. I can hear something like that leading into an introduction of a twisted phyco character in a movie.Chris

Thanks to all. This was fun to do. Originally I had several other instruments in the mix, but I experimented with muting selected parts until I found a fairly sparse combination I liked. Sometimes keeping things relatively simple goes a long way.Richard

Definitely creepy! I liked it though. I can picture this in a horror movie or some strnage moment from "House."

Hey, Richard, strange is good! This is wonderfully creepy....I love the slow, distorted effect of the music box...yeah, this would fit into any horror flick.

Thanks Chitty. I hope they are open to a spooky interpretation. But who knows? Maybe they needed this for a 2 - 5 year-old demographic, and my version would probably give the poor kids nightmares! I'll have to make up for it and write something sweet next time. Richard
