My name is Evan and I am a member of a band called Slushie, we've been around about 5 years. Last year we had a grammy-winning group of producers test-market our demo in Louisiana and it went very well! Our production deal has since expired but were able to gain some industry contacts through that experience. We decided to increase our number of chances by trying to generate some label interest through TAXI. I have lurked the forums a little bit and I have to say that I have been impressed with the level of talent and dedication from all of you in the TAXI community so I bring our music to you with a sense of humility and I look forward to seeing what you have to say about our band. We've made a few submissions and they are all pending. How long after the due date does it usually take to hear back from Taxi?Anyway - I thought I would invite you all to check out our band so here is the link:

^ Haha, I have to admit that actually did get me.Thanks though. All the songs on there from "The Monster Sessions" album are self-produced home recordings. The song, "Into The Darkness" was recorded in a real studio with a lot more bells and whistles.
