Hey Richard
Good stuff as always! My ears want a little more bass. Snare and toms could come down just a touch, but the kick sounds good where it's at. My 2 cents.

Sounds great PapaCraw!
Could use a little more bass guitar, I couldn't hear it without really listening hard.
I would shoot for the sound you guys got on "Leaving You Behind" which is dead on!
A/B the two if you can...
Cheers

Gonna be a bit nit-picky here... as a fan (and focusing on sounds and tones of drum gear);
to these old-guy ears, there's a 'same-same' ness to the drum tracks, where you/he is using what sounds like 13" (or smaller) hi-hats, and possibly the same array of cymbals on all of the tracks;
when some change-ups might put some freshness in there.
fwiw: I have a set of 13" K-Z hats that have 'that sound'; I also use 15" Paiste 2002 sound-edge;
which are much more "song-ier"-sounding in their "wash".
Just suggesting that trying some different
ambiance in the kit
(swapping & using different snare drums, too)...might bring some nice surprises.
Experiment a little bit, and see... or, more precisely, "hear". Couldn't hurt, could it?

Bo rocks!!!
Crisp and clean but also hard so maybe not something I'd like too loud.
pesky dynamics. Compress it! Compress it to death!
Or don't, or try some tape emulator or something.
Just don't tell me it is already tape?
The groove works and the playing is spot on.
Very likable tune but a little hard on my newly awakened ears.
