Well, while my critiques and opinions about music might not be as well formed as the veterans here, I still like to offer critiques from time to time. Critiquing other's music actually helps me learn too. A couple of days ago, we finally got a high speed connection in my house. I still can't access TAXI links on my NEW laptop, but I got out my old laptop today, and I always could access TAXI links from that one....my computer just wasn't fast enough. But now with my highspeed connection, I can now use my old laptop, and the music downloads much faster, so now I can give a critique or two via a TAXI link. Yea! My old laptop is a sputtering monster though, and still prone to needing rebooting, so I don't offer critiques behind the scenes being that I might be undependable sometimes, but I'll critique when I can.I've always wanted to critique music more, but I had such a hard time with it.....maybe now I can contribute a bit more.

Welcome aboard Ms Chitts! I can relate because it was only when I got my new audio computer in late February that I was able to get high speed. Before that, listening to other people's work was difficult, never mind the hours I spent waiting for things to upload and download. I felt like I went from driving a horse and buggy to having a Ferrari Quote:Well, while my critiques and opinions about music might not be as well formed as the veterans here, I still like to offer critiques from time to time. LOL, Vikki....yeah, I agree....now that I have a high speed connection, I do feel like I'm driving a Ferrari. I'm outta the Stoneage.Bob, thanks for the welcome back, although I'm always here in limited capacity with the emphasis on 'limited.' I hope to be able to listen to a lot of good music here. I am not a musician....I'm more a lyricist who happens to put melodies (singing them into a tape recorder) to my songs, so I don't have the technical expertise, but hey, I guess everyone appreciates a listen anyway.

One thing I'll say, "I never left" but I just don't post that much 'coz I'm working on my songs. And while I might not post all the time, I lurk a lot, hehe.
