Is this close? New Listing TRADITIONAL-SOUNDING MIDDLE EASTERN INSTRUMENTAL CUES are needed by a Top-Shelf, EXCLUSIVE Music Library with a super long history of media placements of all types. Please submit authentic-sounding Instrumental Cues in All-Tempos. Here are some examples, but please don't limit yourself to just these styles:
Arabic Traditional Instrumental Music: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QqWpkSTB-ho
Arabic Traditional Music: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ppLl_sosdv8
Sands of Arabia: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=r1OfUgmKb1M
Please submit well-crafted Instrumentals that capture the true essence of the Middle East. Your ensemble size can vary from something small (even a solo instrument!), to a fuller arrangement. Authenticity in your sounds, performances, and instruments are very important for this pitch. Your instrumentation should be what’s typically heard in traditional Middle Eastern Music – (oud, nay, qanun and violins, doumbek, darbuka, finger cymbals etc., etc., etc.) Anything that sounds stiff, MIDI-driven, or synthetic won’t work for this pitch.
All submissions should be at least 2 minutes long. Non-faded endings are encouraged for this pitch. Do NOT copy or rip off the referenced music in any way, shape, or form. Use it only as a general guide for feel, texture, tone, and vibe. Genre-Appropriate Broadcast quality is needed (great sounding home recordings are fine). In other words, it should sound good and authentic, but maybe not like a pristine digital recording. Authenticity is more important than having the best sounding oud on the block
This Library offers an EXCLUSIVE deal, so the material you submit for this pitch CANNOT be signed with any other publishers or catalogs. Sync fees will be split 50/50. The Publisher will get 100% of the Publisher’s share, and you’ll get 100% of the Writer’s share. You must own or control your Master and Copyright to pitch for this opportunity. Please submit one to three Instrumental Cues online or per CD. All submissions will be screened on a Yes/No basis - No full critiques. Submissions must be received no later than 11:59PM (PST), on Tuesday, February 14th, 2017. TAXI #Y170214ME it's called the Panther http://www.soundcloud.com/777rd thanks, Ron
