Hello everyone,
I made these 6 Hip Hop instrumental cues that I think sound great for listing #Y180214HC. I'd appreciate any feedback on what you guys think about them.

Thank you and I look forward to hearing your thoughts.
All the very best,

I'm not a hip-hop expert, but these all sound good and super-creative to me. Mostly they seem to hit the usual hip-hop essentials:
1. spooky horror-movie piano melodies
2. unpredictable trap-music snare drums
3. other-worldly synth-bass
But you definitely used a lot of creativity while checking off those boxes.
My favorite was vibin' - the first 30 seconds of that had me wondering "what the hell kind of sounds are those?" in a good way. Walked the Streets is the only one that didn't sound hip-hop to me- I'm not sure why. I kept focusing on the keyboard instead of the drums and bass. But I would defer to people who know the genre better (probably almost everyone).

Hey Vince,
Thank you very much for the feedback. It's awesome to see that you like my first songs on taxi.
Also, I'll keep your advice on "Walked These Streets" in mind next time I mix my Hip Hop tracks, so my drums will stand out more with the melodies.
Thanks again for your response Vince, I appreciate it.

I liked the general sounds you chose, but was missing things like sudden drops with delay and reverb taking over for a bit before coming back in to add some depth. Throw/spot delays tastefully placed could be cool on the tracks. Nice work so far!

Hey Ed,
Thanks a lot for responding, and for the suggestion. I'll definitely add those breaks on my next tracks to spice em' up a bit.
All the very best,
Jayson
