You're on the right track...

Once it gets going at about :54.... make sure to subtract some things out every now and then.... ala the examples.
It does have a 90's EDM vibe.... but that may be ok.... maybe get rid of the snare completely and boost the BD... to make is less EDM..????
Also ....make sure to use some filtering on the arp's sometimes... ala the examples....

It still reminds me a bit too much of 90's EDM.....
But it does remind me a bit of "Airwave" by Rank 1

Still ..... something is not quite right..... to put it technically..... it's not trancey enough!
I'm not sure exactly what it needs....... I just know it when I hear it.... if that makes any sense.
