TROPICAL POP/HOUSE INSTRUMENTAL CUES are needed by a boutique Music Library with tons of credits in HIT TV Shows!
This company is brand new to running Listings with TAXI. It’s very unlikely that you have any music in their catalog yet. This is a great opportunity to build a new relationship with this small but hard-plugging company that gets the job done!
They want Mid-to-Up-Tempo Instrumental Cues in the general stylistic wheelhouse of the following references:
“What Do I Do” by SJUR
“Keep It To Myself” by Jovani ft. Jazzu
“Déjà Vu” by Jake Cooper & Joey Busse
Although the references have vocals, this request is for Instrumentals only.
Please submit strong, well-crafted Instrumental Cues that sound like a believable Tropical Pop cut (without vocals). Your Cues should have slick electronic-based production, and engaging rhythms with catchy melodic progressions. As always, be sure to build your Cue around a central melodic idea, while adding and subtracting instrumentation as it progresses to add dynamics and a sense of forwarding momentum.
Your submissions should be about 2 minutes in length, give or take. Non-Faded, Button/Stinger endings will work best for this pitch. Do NOT copy the referenced acts or songs in any way, shape, or form. Use them only as a guide for tempo, tone, and overall vibe. Broadcast Quality is needed.
This Company offers both EXCLUSIVE and NON-EXCLUSIVE deals. The specific deal points will be handled on a case-by-case basis. If you’re inclined to do an Exclusive deal, please don’t submit material for this pitch that’s already signed with any other libraries or publishers.
Any sync fees will be split 50/50 with the Company. You'll get 100% of the Writer's share, and the Publisher will get 100% of the Publisher's share. You must own or control your Master and Copyright to submit. Please submit as many Instrumental Cues as you'd like online or per CD. All submissions will be screened on a Yes/No basis by a TAXI Screener who has been handpicked by the Music Library – Short critiques only.
