Installing LA Strings Lass Lite 2

I purchased Lass Lite 2 and I keep getting the message "library path is not valid" when I follow the instructions to install it into Kontakt. The forum for LA Strings participants keep telling me to follow the instructions and I have but am at an impasse. The download is successfull but getting the complete file(s) into the Kontakt library is not working for me. Real frustrating, especially since there's no support people to speak directly with. Can anyone help, please?

Hi JDM,
Make sure you are using Native Access.... then click on Add a Serial Number.
Then add the S/N for LASS in the boxes and press Add Serial

Ok...
Where it asks for the library path..... pick the folder where you downloaded LASS to.... see if that works.
