Hello,Does anyone know where is the best online place to connect with serious musicians is?I know that Taxi has a data base, but the search options are very broad and there is no music classifieds for serious bands looking for musicians, or the other way around.There is a website called ‘Musicians referral’ that charges a $150 fee, but I’m afraid that it might be a scam.

www.musiciansjunction.com ... I don't know much about it, if you have to be a taxi member, etc... I'm sure others on the board can elaborate.Also, don't discount the power of networking through forums like this and others. My most successful work was due to folks I met back in the days of tonos.com. I have friends who collab all the time with folks they meet on various music forums. Casey

Hi.Myspace and craigslist are decent options for meeting musicians.
