Hi Fay!
I Listened to a couple of your tracks. i agree with Tom. You have good ideas but in my opinion you need to polish the production. there are a couple of passages in the voice that need to be fix and in tune and get a better mix so they can sound broadcast quality.
There is a very good youtube channel call Andrew Zeleno. maybe you can check his channel to improve your mixes.
