Hey everybody! Here's an instrumental that I will submit to this listing, but would love to hear some feedback first! Thanks for listening and for any comments :)

Here's the complete listing-

Lots of AMBIENT DRONE INSTRUMENTALS and/or INSTRUMENTAL CUES are needed by a NEW International Music Licensing Company started by highly experienced, successful founders!

TAXI TIP: This is a hot new Library that's BRAND NEW to requesting music through TAXI, so chances are you don’t have any material in their catalog yet! This company is all about "new, fresh music," so this is a great opportunity to get in first and create a new outlet for your music and begin a new relationship with an awesome new company!

This Company is searching for quite a few Instrumentals and/or Instrumental Cues in the general ballpark of these references:

True Detective S1 OST - The Tiara
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RkNvCvydvCU

"Perihelion" by Trent Reznor & Atticus Ross
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=npFeMDdODi0

"Memory Destroyer" by Christophe Beck
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MwgR4RJua5M

"Electric Grounds" by Cryo Chamber
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Sa6JmsemQvQ

Quoting the Company: "We are looking for greatly produced tracks with excellent performances that are representing the style and genre very well, while still staying within 'production music' rules."

Please submit subtle ambient Drone Instrumentals (or Cues) with very little melodic movement that evoke an overall dark, unsettling, and eerie atmosphere. Be sure to stick to a singular vibe and sound throughout to keep your pieces cohesive. You could add sparse percussion, pulsing bass notes or pads, as well as muted, cinematic sound design elements as your pieces progress to create a sense of development and interest, but don’t overdo it. Remember, less is more! Keep it simple and ambient. This is more about the mood being really evident than winning "Composer of the Year."

IMPORTANT NOTE: This Company offers an Exclusive deal, and has a strong preference for signing material from songwriters who have worked for libraries and licensing companies in the past and understand how standard deals work. If you don't have that experience and you don't know the drill on typical deals, they politely ask that you don't submit to this request.

All submissions should be at least 1:45 minutes long and no longer than 2:45 minutes, with non-faded, buttoned endings. Do NOT copy the referenced examples in any way, shape, or form. Use them only as a general guide for tempo, tone, and overall vibe. Broadcast Quality is needed.

This company offers an EXCLUSIVE deal. You’ll split any upfront sync fees 50/50. They’ll get 100% of the Publisher’s share, and you’ll get 100% of the Writer’s share. You must own or control 100% of your Master and Copyright. Since this is an EXCLUSIVE deal, please be sure the material you submit for this pitch is NOT already signed with any other Libraries or Catalogs. Please submit as many Instrumentals and/or Instrumental Cues as you’d like, online or per CD. All submissions will be screened and critiqued by TAXI. Submissions must be received no later than 11:59 PM (PST) on Monday, February 14th, 2022. TAXI # S220214DN

Hey Erik, this sounds really good -- very moody and unsettling. Nice job of developing without overdoing it as well. Good luck!

Drone listings are always interesting... I feel really bad for the screeners that have to listen to all of these. ;) Taxi usually gets several hundred of these since they are relatively easy to create.

Yo Paulie!
Yeah, I think about that too
But honestly screen about 5 or 10 a day in the early morning hours as you wake up.. not so bad then(?) Haha until the 3rd week of it and you've had enough!
But hey thanks for that cool tour of the Rally video you posted the other day, nice way for some of us newbies who have only been around for virtual rallies to see what it's like!
