Hi, this is my crooner song. Any last minute advice (including don't submit--I need the money for gas) would be greatly appreciated.

Here's the listing. The references are slow songs, but it says the tempos can vary.
Late 1950's to 1960's-Style CROONER SONGS with Male Vocals are needed for a Direct-to-Music Supervisor Placement in an Indie Feature Film.
TAXI doesn't normally take requests for music for Indie Films unless there is a sync fee paid to the music creators. If there are any sync fees paid for this project, they will likely be on the smaller side (we would guesstimate less than $1,000), with most of the income earned via P.R.O. royalties paid down the road. However, this request comes from an excellent Music Supervisor who has a history of using music from TAXI's members. We think this is a great chance to (possibly) make some money upfront; and maybe, more importantly, it's an opportunity for this extremely busy Music Supervisor to get to know you and your music (and at the very least, make some performance income when the film streams or goes to cable).
The Music Supervisor is searching for Songs with Male Vocals in the general stylistic ballpark of the following references we got directly from him:
"Everybody Loves Somebody" by Dean Martin
"I Love You Because" by Al Martino
"My Heart Cries for You" by Jimmy Roselli
Although the references are vintage, please submit RECENTLY RECORDED (but Classic-Sounding) Songs that fall within the vintage sound and styling of the references, rather than actual Vintage recordings for this listing.
Please submit original Classic-sounding Crooner Songs with a fun Italiano flair that capture the essence and sound of popular songs from the late 1950s to 1960s. Your submissions should have engaging melodies, top-notch musicianship, and solid arrangements. Tempos can range from slower, more easy listening styles to fun, upbeat feels – check out the references to see what we mean. Instrumentation that is generally similar to the classical stylings of the references will suit your submissions best. To help nail the authentic, vintage-style sound desired, please record your instruments live and do NOT use any virtual instruments or samples. Your production should be polished and sound consistent with recordings from the 1950s and 60s. Compelling, well-performed, crooner-style vocals are required for this pitch, as well.
