Hi ALL This cue is not for a present listing .I am working on tension investigation cues I just can't get a hold of it. THe cue that I would like critqued is called UNDER THE BRIDGE The volume is a bit low but I will correct that. I need to know the essentials of the cue could I use it as a tension ,investigation cue? it is at http://www.soundcloud.com/777rd

As always thanks for your opinions

Hey Ron -- I'm not experienced in this genre at all, but it sounds like you are on the right track with this queue. I did find this video from Dave Kropf that may give you some ideas as you continue working on it:

Hopefully you'll get some feedback from one of the Tension pros here.

All the best,
Doug

I like this one: it's groovy but still builds tension nicely with the strings and synth pads. My only reservation is the "clop-clop" sounds you are using for snare. I worry that they might at times be distracting because it made me think of cowboys and horses. But I could be off base: I don't produce any tension cues and don't feel qualified to give advice on the genre. Just telling you how it sounded to me.

Nice work,

Vince
