Nice track!!
I don't know if it an important factor or not but the harmonica player is at the right of the stage and when he comes to take a solo at 0.25 sec runs to the middle and then back to where he was again.
Unless there is two harmonica players..

Hi DBarnett,
the lead guitar is great!
I think you have a good feel and understanding of what the blues is about. The structure works fine.
Personally I liked the left right separation but maybe it was too extreme. I would consider using reverb just to bring the harmonica and the rhythm guitar more to the center.
There is also a trick when you send reverb to the opposite side of the instrument. If the harmonica is on the right it's reverb comes from the left.
Seems to me like a good opportunity for that kind of experiment.
I also feel that the bass was too thin and a bit bright compared to the other instruments. I think you can bring it up.
There is not much development in the drum part. I liked the it was minimal, mostly just the kick and the snare, but even with that you can create more development if you begin with less, or quieter, or substract something on the way.

Without reading other comments - my ears' opinion on the mix/panning/levels - friendly suggestions, if you are willing to experiment:
1) lower the left-side riff/rhythm guitar at least 2 db... and move it closer to center: say 10 o'clock.
2) match the harmonica volume with that guitar, and pan it opposite at 2 o'clock.
3) move the solo guitar (comes in around 1:49) just right-of-center... maybe 1 o'clock.
Liking the composition, but not the blend.

Yes, the drums need some work, too static IMO and the bass needs help
