Takes me back to the 50s!! :D Instruments too loud on my small speaker. Hard to hear vocals. Keep on rockin'!

Thanks for the ears & feedback.
Will review the mix for a better balance - don't want to bury the lyrics.
Cheers.

Nice track Pedro!!

The volume of the piano over takes everything else so for now I can't really%100 say that the drums and vocals are too low in the mix.

It's meant to be piano-driven; but maybe not over-driven.
Thanks for the ears/listen/comment.

Good songwriting, Peter, I enjoyed the vibe and the "message". This may just be another way of saying what others were saying, but I'd like the vocal to sound a bit more present, so I can get the inflections and emotion better.

This is a cool track!
My take is that music of this era had crummy bass recording ability, no subwoofers and everything sounded tinny so when you hear a song of this style with modern bass it sounds boomy although it's actually fine. I'd mess around with a filter/EQ that cuts out the lower frequencies to match ELO Mr. Blue Sky intro style (random example popped in my head) that way it's more period correct in sound. Maybe upload that and let us give it a listen?
