I don't think it falls into the cocktail jazz category but this listing casts a very wide net with no reference tracks.
If it doesn't get forwarded, you'd have tons of opportunity for a track like this IMHO.

EMOTION-Filled COCKTAIL JAZZ INSTRUMENTALS and/or INSTRUMENTAL CUES are needed for a TAXI COMPILATION going directly to a WHOLE BUNCH of TAXI's favorite Music Licensing Clients! As always, we hold the bar high for these compilations, but the end result is that virtually every Instrumental or Cue on our comps gets signed. It's not uncommon for several companies to offer deals on the same piece. It's also not uncommon for the companies to ask our members to create new music for them, especially if they weren't fast enough to nail down a deal before their competitors did
We're searching for Emotional Cocktail Jazz Instrumentals (or Cues) in a range of emotions and moods including (but not limited to): Fun, Swanky/Classy, Nostalgic, Uplifting, Longing, Breezy, Sultry, Melancholy, Heartbreaking, Relaxing, etc., etc., etc....
We're purposely not giving any references for this Listing because a variety of tracks that effectively convey a mood or emotion that a music supervisor, executive producer, film director, or editor would find compelling and "useful" could be fair game.
Our A&R team will have a simple mandate: Are they GREAT? Do they instantly capture, convey, or embellish an emotion or deepen a mood? Do they sound ready to go as is? Would they work well for placements in Film, TV, or maybe even Advertising? Would TAXI's music licensing clients be happy to hear them and want to sign them because they know they can make money with them? Once again, the bar will be high for this request.

Please send well-performed Cocktail Jazz Instrumentals (or Cues) with captivating melodies and excellent musicianship that set a clear emotional tone from start to finish. Think of what you might hear in a hotel lobby scene, an upscale restaurant, a swanky, sophisticated bar/club scene, an elevator scene, or even a scene where someone gets home from a hard day at work, pours a glass of wine, and turns on music to relax to in the background – and give them that!
Craft your pieces around a central emotion or mood and stick to one motif throughout to create compelling arrangements that have a sense of dynamics, forward motion, and interest.
Noteworthy: Solo Piano, Solo Guitar, as well as small or large ensemble Jazz instrumentation could all work for this pitch. Whichever approach you choose to take, please be sure your production is high-quality and well-balanced.
TAXI Tip: Authentic-sounding performances are key for this request; so if you're using any virtual instruments for this pitch, be sure that they don't sound low-quality, stiff, or obviously MIDI-driven. The more your pieces sound like they're being performed by real Jazz musicians playing real instruments, the better!
All submissions should be about 2 to 4 minutes long for Instrumentals and roughly 90 seconds to 2 minutes for Cues, give or take. Do not submit any material with unauthorized samples of other artists’ Songs, sounds, or any other form of media. Broadcast Quality is needed.
Because the selected music will be going directly to many different Music Licensing Companies (all over the world), deal terms may vary. However, since many of the Companies that will get this compilation are EXCLUSIVE Libraries, we ask that the Instrumentals (or Cues) you pitch for this request are NOT already signed with other Companies or Catalogs. That includes any monetization, publishing, or publishing administration deals with online distributors like CD Baby, TuneCore, etc. If you don't want to sign an EXCLUSIVE deal, please don't submit for this listing. The companies that only do exclusive deals will not be willing to offer you (and you alone) a non-exclusive deal, no matter how much they love your piece(s). You must own or control your Master and Copyright to submit. Please submit as many Instrumentals and/or Cues as you’d like, online or per CD. All submissions will be screened and critiqued by TAXI.
