Feedback Request: Happy Instrumental Cue

Howdy folks,
Would love any feedback on my re-work of this tune: https://www.taxi.com/members/Gjdf7sdFR5 ... e-sky-days
It's for a past listing:
Lots of HAPPY, EMOTIONALLY UPBEAT INSTRUMENTAL CUES are needed for placements in TV Commercials by an EXCLUSIVE Music Library with Global Distribution that's been landing tons of placements on Major Broadcast Networks.
This Library is searching for Mid-to-Up-Tempo Instrumental Cues in the general stylistic ballpark of the following references we got directly from our contact at the Company:
Instrumental Examples: https://www.dropbox.com/sh/5q0lh7tliiy ... FW1aa?dl=0
Please submit well-composed Instrumental Cues that evoke a feel-good, happy, and positive sound and feel, and could work well for placements in TV commercials. Simple, yet engaging motifs, inviting rhythms, and solid arrangements with dynamics, interest, and forward motion are all needed for this request. Acoustic-based instrumentation will likely work best for this pitch – think acoustic guitar, ukulele, percussion, snaps, claps, etc. If you use any virtual sounds or samples, they need to sound like the real thing!
Thanks,
DK
