Weird. I normally get mine within a couple of weeks.

Hi Graham,
I've never missed a notification in 6 years. Sometimes they land in the spam folder, but I've always gotten them. I wonder if it has anything to do with your being in the UK. Don't know why that would make a difference, but not sure what else it could be.
a puzzlement!

This was discussed a year or two ago, I was one who often wasn't getting the emails either... if you have gmail, check your 'promotions' or 'social' tag, Taxi emails sometimes end up there. You can set gmail up to ensure that TAXI results emails go into your Inbox... but if it's another service, it may somehow be reading the emails as spam and depending on your security settings, blocking them. You should find out if you can put the taxi email addresses on a white list, if that's the case.

I wasn't meaning to be unhelpful by noting that I have never missed an email from Taxi - just trying to provide data.
This is a pretty darned important topic because not only might one miss taxi emails, but more importantly emails from publishers who want to publish your music! You can always log into taxi to see what's up, but if you miss the email from a listing party, they aren't likely to track you down otherwise. And you obviously can't whitelist a domain you don't know.
When I use a firefox-type browser, I find that my gmail accounts' 'social' and 'promotional' boxes have a bunch of advertising emails that aren't in my inbox, but those don't seem to be present when I use Chrome-ish browsers. And all non-advert stuff also shows up in my inbox. The only box we should have to check, in addition to 'inbox' is 'spam'. Anyway, I believe this is the default - I never set it up to be this way.
If you are not getting all the emails you mean to get in your inbox and spam, please let us know! It would be disturbing!

Whenever I try to go to certain threads a window pops up telling me that the site is harmful and full of malware or something like that. Anyone else getting this? Should I just ignore it?
