Can we get our full review for S211006SG ?

We received an email from TAXI saying that feedback for a song submission was provided via an instrumental feedback form. This means that categories pertaining only to songs were not on the form. The email says the submissions were screened as songs. We're wondering if we can get the full feedback, including the categories that only pertain to songs?

If you've opened your feedback for TAXI Listing # S211006SG, and noticed that the feedback form says "Instrumental" when the request was for SONGS, do not worry!
It was an errant click on the BACK END of our process that caused you to see, "Instrumental," but we want you to know that the submissions were actually screened as SONGS, and the screeners knew that was the case as they worked on them.
To refresh your memory, the Listing asked for: FUN, POSITIVE SONGS with Male or Female Vocals for a Direct-to-Ad-Agency placement for a HUGE Appliance Brand.
In keeping with our firm belief that honesty is always the best policy, we want you to know that we made a minor mistake, but nothing related to the actual screening of the material was affected by the errant click.
