Drones returned because they were not loud enough?

Got four drones returned tonight because Screener #403 said they were not loud enough. Specifically, Screener 403 said for all four tracks: "This works very well, although, since this is for a label and will go directly to streaming, make sure the master is at -14 LUFS -1 db True Peak to meet the listing's request for "broadcast quality".
Funny thing, the listing had no reference to LUFS requirements, or any reference that these would be used for specifically for streaming.
They are drones... And. three of my four peak at -15 LUFs, the other is around -18. Seems a little rough to reject drones over something like this... and only this... no musical issues at all, just volume. Screener wants -14 and I'm at -15? 1 effing LLUF? C'mon man.
We'll see what the team has to say... it's the little things in life, right?
