Hi folks,
After a good run of four consecutive forwards in different styles in collaboration with Kat W, (Yewww!), We’ve just received a return and would really appreciate some advice on it.

EPIC CINEMATIC ROCK SONGS with Male or Female Vocals are needed by a Top Music Licensing Company with a head-spinning number of placements in Film, TV, Video Games, and National TV Commercials!
This Company needs to find Songs in the general stylistic wheelhouse of the following references:
"Battle Cry" by Imagine Dragons
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZgB2qIt ... gons-Topic
"Dead Man Walking" by WARHALL
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Bh0jmIU ... l=WarRobot
"Legendary" by Welshly Arms
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Z2CZn96 ... lyArmsVEVO
Please submit massive-sounding, Epic Rock Songs that are tailor-made for trailers, promos, and blockbuster movie scenes! Your submissions should have memorable melodies, in-your-face motifs, anthemic hooks, modern-sounding production, dynamic arrangements, well-crafted lyrics, and lots of edgy Rock attitude. Epic Rock-style instrumentation in the general wheelhouse of the references will work best for this opportunity. Songs that mix raw Rock energy with theatrical flair (think chant-style vocals, orchestral flourishes, dramatic strings, percussive drops, etc.) are just what this Company's searching for! Larger-than-life Vocal deliveries (Male or Female) could be the cherry on top that makes this powerhouse company want to sign you. Original Songs only, please.

I understand that the chorus was performed differently from the references, but I’m confused by the comment about "turning up the energy and emotion of the track and vocal."
The singer is giving it her all in the chorus — she’s really pushing vocally — and the instrumental is also more intense, with stronger drums, guitars, and orchestral elements.
I’m not quite sure what more was expected in terms of energy. Any thoughts?
Thanks!
