Got this review from screener 220 today on my ala John Lee Hooker blues tune " JOHN'S BOOGIE"
cool groove and it is well played, but is that the click that runs through it?

I feel your pain.
I got a return for " A Wanted Man "
It was inspired by a live version of " Mannish Boy " Muddy Waters. ( 1971 recording )
The guitar on that track was huge ! All tube soaked strat.
I went for that and they returned it for not sounding like Muddy when it did.
ps; The only thing I might do in hindsight with your recording, is add more saturation and verb to the
stomp and make it more prominent so they know it's supposed to be there.
The stomp in the JLH version is a tiny bit more prominent.

Thanks Rich,
It's actually me tapping my foot on a wooden floor, like JLH's record. Your right I listened to his again last night and his foot is way up in the mix.
Thanks for listening and the feedback.
This one didn't hurt that bad, it was too funny.
Later
