If a deadline is (for example) TODAY (just sayin') -- -- and no specific time is mentioned in it, is the deadline midnight tonight, California time?

I think so but just wanted to double-check.

I'd love to know the answer to this too. I make it a habit to submit by midnight the NIGHT BEFORE the listing closes just to be sure but an extra day to tweak things could come in handy.

My understanding is: In the absensce of any time specified, it's always midnight at the end of the deadline day PST.
