i am guessing this means:

sync fee split 50/50
master fee split 50/50

royalties
composer keeps 100% of writers
library takes 100% of publishers?


This will be an exclusive deal with the Publisher/Library. Your instrumentals will not only be used for this show, but also for the many other projects that they are pitching music to. BTW, this publisher has a really good track record of getting placements for TAXI's members. You will KEEP 100% of the Writer's share, and the Publisher will keep 100% of the Publishing on any synch fee. You will split the Master fee 50/50 with the Publisher/Library. You must own and control 100% of your current Master and Publishing in order to submit tracks for this opportunity. Please submit one to three songs online or per CD. All submissions will be screened on a YES/NO basis, with no full critiques from TAXI. All submissions must be received no later than Wednesday, March 6, 2013, at 5:30PM PST. TAXI # D130306RI

It's confusing as worded but I interpret it as you do. The only way to be sure would be to check with Taxi.

That being said, does it really matter? It's definitely a good opp.
