the listing says Mid-Tempo Hip Hop:
CONTEMPORARY HIP HOP INSTRUMENTALS are needed...They need modern, Mid-Tempo Hip Hop Instrumentals in the stylistic ballpark of 2 Chainz, Juicy J, Trinidad James, etc. Quoting the source: "We're getting a lot of requests for Hip Hop instrumentals from a big sports network, so having material ready to pitch and present them is a big priority. Tracks need to sound current, like they came directly from a record." Give them bumpin' Instrumentals that deliver a vibe of toughness, grit, and perseverance.
The a'las' most popular stuff runs in the ballpark of 70BPM but I think Mid-Tempo Hip Hop would be about 85-95. It make sense to me that Mid-Tempo would be faster than grinding with my girl, but slower than dancing with myself. I try to picture what these folks would use the tracks for... that helps... but I can't picture how a "Big Sports Network" would use Mid-Tempo Hip Hop.
Any thoughts?
