TAXI compilation listing ?Question?

The listing says submit stuff that is "NOT signed with any Publishers, Libraries!"
What about stuff that is signed "Direct to Supe?"

I'm looking at that listing too I suppose because they're trying to attract new customers to Taxi they don't want to play them any songs that are already committed to another project (? )
