Question about method to the madness?

I only wonder if there is some specific order the listings are critiqued in or if it's kind of random depending on who's available for listening?
Does that sound like a question?
Thing is I have one listing I've been waiting a little more eagerly than the rest maybe and now it's kind of dragging behind several days ... ?
And it was submitted on the 18 of September so it's been a few days since ...
Maybe that's normal? What do I know?

hi HowlingUlf
yes it's normal for some listings to take much longer than others. it can depend on a lot of things, including how urgently the company needs music for the listing posted. sometimes a listing may even indicate that a fast turn around is anticipated and then it ends up taking up some time to get screened after all. it could mean there was an extension on the deadline, among many other things. in any case, hang tight, and hopefully the wait will be worth it with a forward and a deal

I've asked this as well. There is no specific order, there are lots of variables. I was wondering if they get screened in the order they were submitted, but a screener told me at the rally that this was not the case at all. I usually wait until the last minute to submit, I was wondering if I could help out my stats by submitting earlier. Apparently it doesn't matter.
It's really about how fast Taxi's customer gets back to Taxi. I;ve heard of folks getting contacted by libraries for a forward that Taxi had not sent out an email on. I've also had listings of my own take almost two months before hearing back (that's the longest, most are around 5-6 weeks).
