Songs longer than requested

Hello all
have you ever gotten a return cause songs were longer than the requested length,, I´m thinking here the melancholic piano listing in dispatch, it´s calling for 2 - 3 minutes, I have tons of melancholic piano but most of them are longer than 3 minutes. So either a) I risk it, b) rework some ending c) do new songs.
