Hi All and Happy New Year!
I have been playing Celtic music with a flutist and was wondering how flutes jibe in instrumental cues..I know that some instruments can be to invasive for background tracks..
I am interested in submitting for #Y180131CC
Any thoughts? Input?
Thank you greatly!

Hi Linda.
Once a week, sometimes twice a week, I sit in with up to a dozen or so Trad Seisiun players - and wood flutes are often part of the 'mix',
and sound to me to blend best with the fiddles. Seems to me as long as the instruments you are using are blending well together, and there's no
"lead" or "solo" instrument - I don't see why you couldn't use any, or any combination, of what you'd hear at a full & lively seisiun/session.
Hope that helps.
Might you post a sample of a tune you have in mind?

For what it's worth - I'm considering this song/backing track for that listing - having removed the lead vocal.
Since it's a song track and not a cue, it might need some editing; thinning out - making it fit within the 2:00 window.
