Delay when uploading music for listings

Just saw two files in my personal "Submitted" folder on my desktop that I thought I had submitted for the classical piano listing last month. Turns out I never submitted them. Why? Ever since the web site upgrade there has been a lag between the time that you upload your new music files and when you can actually add them to your cart. (I'm not talking about the lag before you can "play" the song on the site). So, you have to come back in 5-10 minutes to actually submit songs... no big deal at all, but in my hectic house if I step out of my studio for a minute I might not get back in for a while. And then you factor in my foggy brain and you have the perfect formula for forgetting to complete the submittal process. I've done this probably 3-4 times now, missed listings because I thought I completed the process but actually forgot to submit due to the upload delay.
