Taxi Road Rally Intrumentals and Instrumental Cues

Hi all, Can anybody clarify something for me? I am submitting to the road rally panelists for listings S201028NS and S201029NL. I noticed that on the "Happy Ending" listing submissions we are asked to copy and paste a paragraph into the lyrics section of the instrumental submissions. Is this also required for the 2 listings above?
