Classical Covers = Authentic Performances?
Posted: Tue Oct 20, 2020 11:14 am
For the listing TAXI # S201021CL, the request is for Classical covers, and the examples given were various performances of classical pieces performed as they were intended to be, with no reimagined or sacrilegious
performances. So, do you think these tracks I have would fit the bill? It seems like I am missing something, but I just went for performing exactly what was originally composed by the masters. I did make a cut in Moonlight Sonata (skipped the recapitulation, went straight to the coda) so it would be closer to 3-4 minutes as requested. I also have Bach Prelude in C which is around 2:15...is that a problem? Let me know what you think!
