Quick question--

For the listing referenced above, the brief states “Only artists/writers affiliated with ASCAP, BMI, SESAC, KODA, SACEM, APRA-AMCOS are eligible to submit their music for this opportunity.”

Do I need to already have that affiliation set up before submitting to TAXI for review, or only if it is forwarded to the company?

I think that is quite clear. Basically, they want serious composers that already have PRO membership. However, even if its not specifically stated in the listing, all libraries require PRO membership if they are to license your music. For that reason, its a good idea to sort that out now if you haven't already.
