Listings from EDM labels?

Hey guys,
Might be a very stupid question here, but you never know :
When a listing says "X songs are needed by a Record Label that's distributed by a HUGE Dutch Electronic Music Record Label", we do agree that these aren't focused on sync placements but are labels looking to sign the track and release it commercially right? Asking this because I'm solely focused on sync placements, my commercial catalog is in a totally different style and I already work with labels for these.
