Hi Guys,I am thinking of going for this listing, but as I have a bad reputation for reading the listing right I wonder if you can help!Do you thing the following track will fit!!http://www.taximusic.com/song.php?song_ ... m=trueHope this link will work!!Thanks for your helpCURRENT-SOUNDING/"EDGY" CORPORATE INSTRUMENTALS are needed by a Music Licensing Company run by a veteran in this industry. While Corporate Instrumentals are typically designed to be positive and light, with a tone that inspires productivity, this company is looking for an edgier/more aggressive tone. This doesn't mean that they want the opposite end of the spectrum, just a slight edge to the typical Corporate Instrumental. In other words, you might consider adding an electric guitar or a drum loop in the instrumentation - to add some intensity and inspire a healthy sense of competition. You can stretch in terms of stylistic approach, just keep the overall tone in mind. Prominent melodies not required and all tempos & types of instrumentation are just fine. The company is designed to help producers, music supervisors, etc. find material for their film/TV/commercial/video game project, as well as licensing content to large corporations for in-house presentations and ad campaigns. Performances should be excellent and must be recorded at Master/Broadcast quality. They offer a non-exclusive deal where all profits are split 50/50 between the company and the writer [you keep your copyrights]. Broadcast quality needed [excellent home recordings are OK]. Please submit one to three songs online or per CD. All submissions will be screened on a YES/NO BASIS ONLY - NO CRITIQUES FROM TAXI -

Good track. I'm not an expert at corporate, but I wonder if they might find this too interesting. To me it feels "quirky" in a cool jazzy way. Nice work!!

Hey TINO!While this a really COOL track, not sure if it quite fits the "Corporate" sound that the client might be looking ta' hear. Might I suggest going to this website and checking out some of the examples that I think might be closer to what they're looking for?http://www.megatrax.com/msov4/browse/browse.cfmClick on the "Current Affairs Vol. 1" link there and take a listen at that. Also try the "Broadcast Sports Vol. 1" link. You'll hear a montage of different examples as each link is playing. I think you'll get an idea of the type of energy & sound I think they're looking for. Not all of them are high energy type examples, but you'll know the ones when ya' hear 'em. Then check out the rest 'em. You may find alot of good examples in some of the other ones. I didn't check 'em all, but this is where I go when I need ta' get an idea of what different genres/styles the listings are calling for when I don't have a good idea myself. Hope this helps.I-468BTW... select "Megatrax" as the "Browse By Library" selection and then select "Corporate/Motivational" as the category. That should get you to the links I mentioned above.

Hey, I dig the avant-garde jazz thing ... trust me I understand what you're doing and I often go there, too -- but only when no one is listening !!! It would be fun to collaborate on something with you, just for the fun of it. But I agree with the others here that this might be too far 'out' --- especially since the listing mentions " ....to be positive and light, with a tone that inspires productivity."
