I want to submit a piece for the following Listing:ACTION/ADVENTURE/HIGH OCTANE INSTRUMENTALS are needed by a UK-based Production Music Library for Film/TV placement opportunities. They need really high energy tracks (no vocals) for car chase scenes, sports highlights, high suspense action/thrill footage, etc.I believe this piece is appropriate. I just bought some new orchestra samples and am trying to figure them out. I think this is starting to become a fairly believable "fake" orchestra performance, but would love some feedback. I still have some tweaking to do, but is this starting to sound broadcast quality to you all?It kind of a tip of the hat to Bernard Herman:

Hey fusilierb! While this sounds very good, I'm not sure that it hits the mark because according to the listing, they want: Current sounding styles would be the best choice here: Rock/Electronica/Hard Rock/etc. A blend of orchestral instrumentation with the mentioned stylistic approaches might also be a great direction to take.I think they're looking for something along the Rock/Electronica/Hard Rock genre, with a BLEND of orchestral instrumentation. Your piece is ALL orchestral, and may fall short of what I think they're looking for. Just my opinion. I could be wrong. Here's an example of what I think might be a little closer to what they're looking for:In The ZoneHope that helps!I-468PS -- BTW, one of the keys to getting forwards (I've found) is reading the listings VEERRRY carefully. Any misinterpretation can most likely get you a RETURN on your submission(s). It's very important to submit exactly what it is that the listing is calling for, or at least come as close as possible. Without the rock or the electronica or the hard rock elements, your submission may be doomed to the big [R]. You may want to consider submitting this to a listing that calls for orchestration only, or doesn't include despcriptions like "rock/electronica/hard rock blended with orchestral instrumentation".
