Here's the listing:"A fairly wide variety of great RELAXING MUSIC INSTRUMENTALS (no vocals) are needed by in Independent Label to license for an upcoming CD compilation. This project will mostly be marketed in Europe (through Sony/BMG + other European indie labels)), but this label also has North American and Asian distribution as well. They're open to light Classical, easy/smooth Jazz, and New Age-like tracks - even "sounds of nature" instrumentals may work for this project. "No vocals means not a song, I know. But how about a voice just making sounds... ooh aah threaded thru the composition... much meditative music has that. Would that be okay?Anyone know of a sample or two of music on-line that would suit this listing...? Might help to hear something similar to what they're looking for.H

I wouldn't submit anything with ANY vocals before calling Taxi first and asking. Because it specifically says "no vocals".Most instrumental listings don't have that stipulation.

I agree asking for clarification would be wise. That being said, I *suspect* that ooh/ahh sounds used as if they were pads would be acceptable, provided they are not the focus of the track and they compliment the texture. I have had instrumental songs using vocal pads forwarded to listings saying (no vocals).
