Listings Deadline Question

Sorry for the stupid question, but if a listing says "due no later than Monday, December 14th, 2009", does that mean 11:59pm PST on that Monday?

The only stupid question is the one not asked. You are correct, everything is in Pacific Standard Time (PST).
The home team gets to set the time zone.

Being a last minute kinda guy I always use the extra eight hours that I get from being in the UK.(GMT)but I think your right about the 11.59pm.

Awesome, I'll have 4 hours after work to attempt a listing from scratch (it's one of those Southeast Asia instrumental listings)! It might be worth a shot
