Haven't received any Feb listings. Were they issued?

I've been so busy that I only now noticed that I never received any February listings. Were listings issued on the 1st and 15th?

I received an email with the listings on the 1st but not the 15th. They did updated the website on the 15th with new listings though.

If I remember correctly I received the listings and also received a few "dispatch" listings at the same time, I don't have dispatch, so they are like an advertisement to get me to sign up, though I always just use the listings as a reminder and then go to the website listing board and screen for new.
